Andrew acts for various property companies and other organisations and individuals with property interests in relation to industrial estates, shopping centres, offices, shops, schools, mansion blocks and all types of commercial and residential premises and land. In addition to general property advice, his expertise extends to rights of way and highways disputes, compulsory purchase and planning cases.

In the construction sphere, Andrew has advised on claims for professional negligence against architects, project managers, engineers and surveyors as well as for and against contractors in disputes arising during the course of a construction contract.
