Craig Themis

Craig is one of the firm's founders and has been a Director of RLS since 2003.
Craig previously worked at international law firm Lovells where he gained several years experience in their commercial property practice. 

Craig has advised on a wide range of transactions including commercial lettings of office, leisure and retail space, and high value freehold sales and purchases (including sale and leasebacks).

Craig also specialises in the bar and restaurant sector and has close contacts with surveyors and agents in this sector which has proved useful for clients.  His own fast expanding network of London bars enables him to really appreciate the client's perspective and provide particularly well informed and commercial legal advice.
