
Craig is a specialist commercial property lawyer with a wealth of experience in this sector advising clients including landlords, property investors, retailers, leisure operators and developers on a wide range of transactions including Compulsory Purchase work. Prior to helping set up RLS Law in 2002 Craig worked as a senior lawyer in the real estate department of international law firm, Lovells. Craig also co owns a small chain of bars in London which helps him to deliver advice with a true commercial edge.
The Legal 500 2009 directory of leading lawyers describes Craig as a "commercially minded problem-solver".
He continues to give presentations to other property professionals on property issues relevant to the retail, leisure and investment sectors.
