
Julienis one of the firm’s founders. He has acted on a wide range of property transactions including lettings of office, retail, industrial and leisure premises and on sales and purchases of commercial property. Julien also acts for Housing Associations in respect of their property portfolios and advises other law firms without property expertise on the property aspects of their transactions.
The Legal 500 2009 directory of leading lawyers describes how Julien "basically doesn't leave a stone unturned until all options are explored".
Julien is a past contributor to the Estates Gazette and has presented a number of seminars to clients and surveyors on various aspects of commercial property.
In the past Julien has worked at international law firm Lovells. He is fluent in French and Spanish.
