Nick Willetts

Nick joined RLS at the beginning of 2008 as a Director. He has over ten years experience as a solicitor specialising in commercial property and property finance.

Nick has advised on a wide range of transactions including high value sales and purchases, property finance and landlord and tenant matters. He has previously worked at international law firm Lovells and at major UK law firms Addleshaw Goddard and Lawrence Graham.

In the past, Nick has managed a large office block for a major pension fund. He has also acted for several banks drafting and reviewing reports and certificates of title in connection with a variety of properties, including hotels and garages. He also advised an investment bank in relation to the acquisition of a business park and advised a high profile restaurant on the grant of an underlease.

Nick also worked in Australia for three years at a premier law firm and is qualified to practice in New South Wales and Victoria.

He is a keen golfer and a rugby fan.
