We understand that relocating your business to new space is often extremely time critical and stressful , and various factors including fitting out need to be carefully managed so as to minimise disruption to the operation. We will work with you to try and ensure the business move goes as smoothly as possible.

Octopus Energy: acting for Octopus Energy on the pre-let of its new South Coast headquarters offices comprising 83,000 square feet across 3 buildings in Brighton’s newest Category A office development.

 

Sony Music Entertainment: acting for Sony music on the pre-let of its new UK headquarters of 124,627 square feet at Kings Cross in London in a new building constructed by Argent.

 

Time Out Group PLC: acting for Time Out on its new London headquarters in Covent Garden.

 

Gravity Media: acting for Gravity Media in the acquisition of over 29,000 square feet of offices / studios at White City Village, London to create media and film product and also live stream various international sporting events.

 

British American Drama Academy: advising in relation to the lease regearing of its grand flagship listed teaching and studio premises at Regents Park (London)

 

Advising Paramount Films in relation to their acquisition of office and editing facilities in central Cardiff dubbed the new “Hollywood” due to the amount of recent film activity there.
