Recent Deals

A selection of our recent work includes:

 

Advising an investor in connection with the purchase of a large (circa 100 acres) mixed use farm and residential country estate to develop into a recreational and enhanced leisure use subject to planning.

 

Bagshot Manor: Acting for a property investor on the sale of commercial building near Guildford with permitted development for conversion to residential and planning permission for additional residential housing, including complex planning overage. The firm acted for the client in connection with a dispute over the overage calculation and ultimately successful payment (including a reference to an independent expert).

 

Bermondsey: Acting for a property development and investment company on the acquisition from Network Rail of an industrial site adjacent to the railway, refurbishment of the site and subsequent sale by way of an option agreement.

 

Belgravia: acting for a private company in the acquisition of a Belgravia property for the creation of a multi-disciplinary private health centre, hosting multiple tenants offering complementary health services.
