Anna is an experienced consultant at RLS, specialising in non-contentious construction and engineering law. Acting for a broad range of clients – developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, purchasers, tenants and funds. She advises on all aspects of the documentation used in construction projects, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bank and surety bonds, insurance issues and on the construction aspects of development, lease and funding agreements.
Anna's expertise and opinion in her specialist areas have frequently been sought by the professional press and by leading publishers in law. In 2016 Anna won the “Construction Lawyer of the Year” award in the Women in Law Awards and was also a finalist in the Best Business Women - Legal Services category. Prior to joining RLS Law, Anna worked for a number of law firms including Nabarro Nathanson, Lovells and Jeffrey Green Russell where she was a partner and Head of Construction and Engineering.
