Brixton: acting for a housebuilder client on entering into a contract conditional upon planning permission to acquire three options over a site in south London for the construction of a block of 60 residential apartments. This included the negotiation of a complex planning and unit sales overage deed.
Ravenscourt Park: acting on the site assembly and disposal of long leases of a development of 6 houses in west London, involving complex tax structuring.
Wandsworth: acting for an overseas investor in relation to a joint venture agreement, development management agreement and grant of a long leasehold interest in a new development of over 200 units in south west London.
Hove: acting on the acquisition and redevelopment of a building in Hove, the sale of a long leasehold interest of the residential parts of the development and disposal of commercial units.
